1. How do I know my order is secure?
We have been with Paypal and accepting credit card transactions since 2001 and hold an account in good standing. Paypal a leading online transaction service.
2. What do I receive when I order from LAHitmanBeatz?
LAHitman Beatz is now set up on a 24/7 auto delivery of your beat to you system. After sucessful check out when you purchase a beat (beat license) using the add to cart button, our system will redirect you automatically to a download page for your beat. Another email with a download link will be sent to your email you specified to us in the check out process. Make sure you have access to this email in case you need to download the beat again. Right now you will have 3 days in which to download the beat. After this period the download link will expire. If you need another download of the beat (beat license) you purchased write to us at support@lahitmanbeatz.us and give us the date, the beat name (IE la_RB_3_101) and your receipt number you were sent in your email. We will send you another download link. We cannot send you another link to download unless this information can be verified.
3. How do I audition music on your site?
Once you've entered LAHitmanBeatz Archive, you will see a "yellow play" link for every LAHitmanBeatz royalty-free beat we sell. Preview demos are "watermarked" for security purposes only. Beats that are purchased are higher quality mp3’s at 320 kbps. Demo beats are at lower kbps audio quality.
4. Is there a discount if I am purchasing several products?
Yes! Contact us in regards to volume discounts if you are considered purchasing 8 or more beats at once. support@lahitmanbeatz.us lets work out a deal.
5. I don't have a credit card. Can I still purchase BuyaBeat songs?
Please email us at support@lahitmanbeatz.us so we may provide instructions.
6. After I purchase a Beat License,(add to cart)how do I receive my beat?
You will be redirected automatically to a down load page. An email will also be sent to your email address with a download link.
7. What type of file will I be receiving?
You'll be receiving a high quality mp3 320 kbps audio file.
8. When downloading my order from my email, should I "Open the file or Save it to my computer"?
Always choose the "Save it to your computer" option. Also, be certain where you are placing the file on your computer. For Example, create a "Download" folder to place all your downloaded files into.
9. Why am I unable to download my order through AOL?
You may be using a version of AOL email which does not render clickable links. In that case, just copy the URL for the download page, paste into your browser's address location and click enter.
10. Why do I hear distortion when playing MP3s?
Make sure your MP3 player has a Flat EQ with audio plugins disabled. Our MP3s are optimized for max volume. Lower your player's volume if experiencing distortion.

12. My Recording program/equipment needs AIFF or WAVE files, how do I convert the MP3s?
One of the biggest Internet site's for converting MP3's to AIFF or WAVE files is Switch audio. This is a great trial . You can convert the mp3 file to any format you need.

13. I have a music program I use. how do I use it?
We do not offer support for 3rd party programs.
Read the documentation that came with your program to learn if it has support for MP3. If not, check to see if it has support for WAVE or AIFF. If so, try our recommended players that convert to these formats.

14. Where do LAHitmanBeatz Instrumentals come from?
LAHitmanBeatz at this time are direct from LAHitman. As we grow we will be seeking out talented producer’s and musicians to create a network of producers and engineers with the raw talent it takes to bring you the best in beats. LAHitman has been recording and providing beats for unground So. California groups all over. Thousands of CD's have "Recorded at LAHitman Studios" on the street. 15. How often do you make new songs available?
New songs will be added to LAHitmanBeatz website either daily or once a week. We know you need fresh material and waiting around is not part of your plan to get your cd done. Making fresh, hot new music available on a consistent basis is a must.
16. I am a singer/performer and need music for my songs. Can I use LAHitmanBeatz music for this?

17. I have a big budget project that needs custom music. Does LAHitmanBeatz do custom work?

18. Is LAHitmanBeaz responsible for getting me a Record Deal?
No. LAHitmanBeaz is an internet-based business supplying professional instrumentals for aspiring artists to build their demo CDs and original albums. If you are in search of a manager, agent, or entertainment attorney to represent your artistry, many resources can be found at Tonos (www.tonos.com) and at Get Signed (www.getsigned.com). 19. I need to get a hold of "Whatever" Record Company. Can LAHitmanBeatz provide me contact info?
No. LAHitmanBeatz is not in the business of soliciting to Record Companies. Almost all Major Label record companies have a website where contact information may be available. LAHitmanBeatz.us does not provide contact information for any Record Company or A&R representative.
20. I want to talk to the producer of the beat I purchase. Can LAHitmanBeatz give
me the contact information?
No. LAHitmanBeatz does not give out any contact information for producers whether
under LAHitmanBeatz contract or otherwise. LAHitmanBeatz respects the privacy
of Music Producers in the industry and will not violate it's privacy agreement.
