How it works. About Royalty Free Beats Licenses and business licenses
When purchasing & downloading LAHitman Beatz royalty free beats , you are actually purchasing a non-exclusive license to use those beats.
When you click on a "Buy Now" button, you receive :
1) A "Limited License"
Limited License: A Limited License grants you, the licensee, a limited right to download & use LAHitmanBeatz’s royalty free Beats in MP3 format for
Radio Advertisement, Commercial Advertisement, Television Advertisement, Internet Background Music, On-Hold/In-House Background Music,
and/or Recording Artist Demonstrations. Additionally, specific limitations exist where LAHitmanBeatz’s limited music license can only be used
for demonstration purposes and must adhere to the rules of "synchronization" where AUDIO/VISUAL PERFORMANCES must be recorded
against and with LAHitmanBeatz’s music. A Business License must be purchased if LAHitmanBeatz’s beats or beat licenses are purchased from
LAHitmanBeatz’s and used for any other purpose than for the purposes just mentioned. LAHitmanBeatz’s music may not be resold and licenses
are non-transferrable. All distributed works must show the following legal music credit: Music Producer – LAHitmanBeatz.
Business License: A Business License grants you, the licensee, all of the royalty free rights included in the Limited License PLUS many
additional rights. With a Business License, you may download & use LAHitmanBeatz’s royalty free Beats in WAV format for commericial ventures
(for-profit) that result in end products/services such as Major Motion Films, Independent Films, Television Series Background, Television Series
Theme, Sports Television Broadcasts, Gaming Multimedia, Internet Multimedia, Adult Multimedia, Recording Artist Albums, Radio Singles, Radio
Rotation, and/or Film/DVD Soundtracks. If you use LAHitmanBeatz’s music for any of the purposes listed above, you are required by law to
purchase a Business License directly from www.LAHitmanBeatz.us. Upon your Business License(s) purchase, you will receive a Business License
Contract for your records stating the music you hold under license. LAHitmanBeatz music may not be resold and licenses are non-transferrable.
All distributed works must show the following legal music credit: Music Producer – LAHitmanBeatz.

Custom Beats (Custom Music Production)
LAHitman Beatz has been providing custom beats for it’s clients for years. Do you have an idea for a beat style in your head?
Give us an example of a song that has been on the radio, or another beat. R&B, Rap, House, rock, we can create a beat in a style you want.
We will listen to and create a sound alike beat, but it is original. Or have an entirely new beat and style created for your project.

For recording artists and record companies, purchasing LAHitmanBeatz’s custom beats is the perfect way to quickly construct a professional

Custom Beats are sold to one end-user only and the exclusive rights to use the obtained Custom Beats cannot resold or transferred to any other party.
LAHitmanBeatz’s contractual provisions for Custom Beats are as follows:
1) Co-Copyright: LAHitmanBeatz retains copyright of instrumental,
Client retains copyright of lyrical composition.
2) Co-Publishing: Boths parties retain publishing rights.
Producer royalties due to LAHitmanBeatz based on sales.
Custom Production rates begin at $750 per full length song with half payment required at project's start with remainder of payment
due upon project's completion.
